Delivery and Returns

All orders are dispatched from our studio in Abuja Via GIG Logistics, DHL Express, or other delivery partners.

Gift orders placed from Monday - Friday are typically packaged and shipped within 24 - 48 Hours, with an exception of peak periods like February, in which we orders are processed (packaged and customized) within 3 Working Days.

We will notify you via email once your package has been shipped, a tracking number will also be provided (for interstate orders).

Make sure to select the correct shipping option for your location at checkout. 

    Returns and Exchange

    Not satisfied with a product? Even though we highly doubt this will be the case, you may return an item for a refund, or exchange it for a different product of equal value within 14 days after the purchase date. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

    • The product must be in its original packaging.
    • The product must be unused, unsoiled and in its original state.
