Shipping Policy

All orders are dispatched from our studio in Abuja, Nigeria.

We currently ship orders using trusted delivery partners including:

• GIG Logistics

• GUO Transport

• DHL Express

• Or other verified delivery partners when necessary.

Customers may request specific delivery partners where available.

Order Processing Time

Orders placed Monday – Friday are typically processed, packaged, and shipped within 24 – 48 hours.

During peak periods such as February (Valentine's season), orders may take up to 3 working days to be processed due to the volume of orders and customization requirements.

Certain products, such as men's accessories or wedding-related items, may require 2 – 14 days for production before shipping.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. For interstate deliveries, a tracking number will be provided so you can monitor the progress of your package.
