Do you deliver to Lagos?
Yes, we deliver to customers in Lagos and all other states in Nigeria.
Is delivery doorstep?
Orders shipped via DHL are delivered to doorsteps nationwide, while orders shipped via GIG Logistics vary by city. GIG Logistics delivery to doorsteps in most most major cities, while other states would require pickup from the nearest GIG Logistics terminal to your location.
Can I select the items I want in a gift package?
Yes, you can select the gift items you’d like in your package. Simply add the desired products to your cart, including a packaging option and proceed with checkout.
Do you customize gifts?
Yes we do. On your request, a gift item can be customized with the receiver name, initials, or any other detail you’d like. Please note this service attracts an extra charge.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Simply select the pick up option at checkout and details of our pickup location will be displayed.
How much does shipping cost?
- Abuja Zone A (Apo, Lokogoma, Garki, Gudu Axis): NGN 1500.00
- Abuja Zone B (Wuse, Maitama, Asokoro, Jahi Axis): NGN 2000.00
- Abuja Zone C (Gwarimpa, Dawaki Axis): NGN 2500.00
- Abuja Zone D (NyaNya, Lugbe, Kubwa Axis): NGN 3000.00
- All other states nationwide via GIG Logistics Standard [Delivered within 3-5 Business Days]: NGN 4000.00
When will my order be shipped?
After you make a purchase, we will require 6-48 hours to process your order (confirmation, sorting, and packaging). After which we will notify you for pickup or ship out your order via our delivery partners.
Can I track my order?
Yes, all interstate orders are trackable via the delivery partners website (GIG Logistics or DHL). Details are provided via email once your order is shipped.
Do I have to sign for my order on arrival?
Yes, you or an authorized person can sign for your order upon arrival. If you are unavailable when your package arrives, you may authorize the courier to deliver to an available contact.
