Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable under specific circumstances.

Non-Customized Items

Refunds are available only for items that have not been customized.

Customized or personalized items cannot be refunded once production has begun.

Order Status Requirement

Refunds can only be issued if the order has not been dispatched from our studio.

Once an item has been shipped or handed over to a delivery partner, it is no longer eligible for a refund.
