Return Policy

At AllMart Gifts, we take pride in delivering quality products. However, in the rare event that there is an issue with your order, we offer returns and exchanges under specific conditions.

Eligible Returns or Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are only accepted in cases where there is an error with the order, including:

  • Wrong item received

  • Wrong size sent

  • Damaged or dented product

  • Packaging errors

If any of the above occur, the item will be replaced with the correct product.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The issue must be reported within 14 days of receiving the order

  • The product must be unused

  • The product must be in its original packaging

  • The product must be in the same condition it was delivered

Delivery Fees for Returns

If the error was caused by AllMart Gifts, we will cover the delivery cost for the replacement.

If the issue is determined not to be from our end (for example incorrect information provided by the customer), the customer may be responsible for the return or redelivery cost.

All cases are reviewed before approval.
