Can I get ties made in the colour I need for a wedding?

Yes. We can make ties in any colour you need, simply click on the design you need, select your desired colour from the swatches or upload a picture of the colour and proceed to checkout. Alternatively, you can contact us on WhatsApp to order.

How long does production take?

After you make a purchase, we will require 7-21 days to process your order (production). After which we will notify you for pickup or ship out your order via our delivery partners. Due to our current lead time, we advise you order well in advance of when you need your accessories.

Are your ties made in Nigeria?

Yes, all our ties and boutonnières are handmade here in Nigeria.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

Yes. Simply select the pick up option at checkout and you will be notified when it is ready for pick up.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes, all interstate orders are trackable via the delivery partners website (GIG Logistics or DHL). Details are provided via email once your order is shipped.

DO I HAVE TO SIGN FOR MY ORDER ON ARRIVAL?

Yes, you or an authorized person can sign for your order upon arrival. If you are unavailable when your package arrives, you may authorize the courier to deliver to an available contact.
